By checking this box you authorize the verication of all the above information by Village Realty and agree and concent to Village Realty ordering my credit report and criminal and/or eviction reports (if applicable). I also agree and acknowledge that as part of this application process, the potential landlord will be given a copy of my credit report and the other afore mentioned reports. I have no objection to and consent to Village Realty transmitting to and/or sharing these reports or the information therein with the potential landlord in consideration for and in reviewing my rental application.
